This hat elastic by Milward is perfect for (handmade) hats or masks. It ensures that a hat or mask will not blow away or shift in position. It is also widely used in bridal wear and knitwear, for example to reinforce cuffs. This elastic is 1.3mm wide and one pack contains 4 metres of elastic. Available in black and white.  Milward's packaging is 100% plastic-free and also fully recyclable.
