Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your purchase, if you're not completely happy, we are here to help. 

  • You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
  • The items must be unused in the same condition your received it and with its original labeling intact.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • If you wish to exchange your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. You will also be charged for the cost of shipping the new item back to you
  • We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If your return is for an exchange, we will notify you when we receive it and if it is in a satisfactory condition we will contact you to arrange further payment as required. 
  • If the new item costs more than your original purchase, you must pay the difference in price. If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is  damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Delays & non-receipt of items

Orders are normally shipped on the same or next working day. Delivery within Ireland normally takes one or two days but can take longer at busier times. Standard delivery items will be shipped with a tracking number that you will receive when your order is confirmed. If you have not received your order within 2 weeks please contact mariaswoolshop@gmail.com and a claim form will be submitted to An Post. If you have not received your order within 30 days please contact the store for your order to be replaced or refunded. As per the EU  Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (CRD) refunds or replacements will not be given prior to the standard 30 days after purchase.
